We provide a unique $499 no-commission listing option and traditional real estate services. You get to choose from a range of service options!

Buyers are now required to sign compensation agreements with agents prior to viewing homes. Our buyers can choose our low 2.5% commission model or pay by the hour. We bring you the best of both worlds!

We offer several a la carte services for our clients including:

E-Showing Add-on for Listing - $150 (+$50 refundable deposit) - includes buyer’s agent showing scheduling service and electronic lockbox

Property Photos - starting at $100

Show one house - $50

Hourly Service - $120 per hour

Unrepresented buyers and sellers who need assistance to close a transaction can use our 1% commission intermediary service.
